Sunday Pot Roast

We decided to make a pot roast today.
It's Sunday.
We have more than enough time.
And we're going to be home anyways, watching football.

So, pot roast ensued, and the yummy goodness is making our home smell wonderful.
Just need to get the mushroom and cheese sliders together, and then smash up the avocado, and it'll be a meal!



Pot roast carrots and celery are one of my very most favorite things!
